Little Lobsters isn’t just for children — it’s a place for families. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, or carer, you’ll find a comfortable space to relax, enjoy a coffee, and catch up while the little ones play.
❋ Easy to FindBased in Amblecote, Wordsley, near Stourbridge. Free on-site parking (limited spaces) plus nearby public parking options. Lift access and pushchair parking available.
❋ Food & DrinkGrab yourselves a table and then head over to our cafe to order from a menu perfect for families, with great coffee and a wonderful selection of cakes. (We stop taking food orders 30 minutes before the end of each session.)
❋ 90 mins of imaginative playSoft play frame designed for under 5s, plus role play areas including kitchens, construction, cars, dolls, and more — all designed to spark imagination, creativity, and open-ended play.
We finish every session with 15 minutes of music time — singing, dancing, and instruments.
❋ Intentional LayoutThe space is bright, open, and filled with natural light, with clear views of play areas so you can keep an eye on your child. It’s designed so grownups can relax a little too — whether that’s catching up with a friend or just enjoying a rare hot coffee while the little ones play safely nearby.

Yes — socks are required for both children and adults in the play areas for safety and hygiene.

We clean and sanitise our play areas regularly throughout the day and carry out a full clean between sessions to keep the space safe and fresh for every visit.

Yes, we recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends and school holidays, as sessions can fill up quickly.

Yes — we have baby-changing facilities and a dedicated area designed for babies.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, as we have a full café menu available on site. You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake for celebrations

There is a free public car park on site - we have limited spaces however here are a few more public car parks:

We understand that getting out of the house with little ones isn’t always easy. You’re still very welcome to join us if you’re running late, however the session will finish at the scheduled time, so we recommend arriving a little early to make the most of your visit.

Yes — we offer exclusive hire parties with food, play, and optional extras to make celebrations easy and stress-free. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We’re designed for children up to their 6th birthday, creating a safe and suitable environment for toddlers and preschoolers to play and explore. Unlike larger play centres where little ones can sometimes get overlooked, here they’re at the heart of everything we do.

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We’re a shared space for play and discovery, so grownups are always expected to stay present while their little ones explore safely.

Because babies are part of who we’re here for too! Our play centre is designed for ages 0–5s, with dedicated spaces for different stages of development.
