Before Your Party
Everything you need to know before the celebrations begin.
❋ When to arrive
You're welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes before your party to set up balloons, decorations, and your birthday cake.
❋ Payment
Feel Free to bring decorations. We have hooks available for decorations, but we kindly ask that nothing is stuck directly to the walls.
❋ Allergies
A £100 deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance payable one week before your party.
❋ Decorations
If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please let us know before your party so we can prepare everything safely.
During Your Party
Relax, enjoy the celebration, and let us take care of the rest.
❋ Duration
All parties include 2 hours of exclusive hire of Little Lobsters.
❋ Tableware
Adults are welcome to purchase food, drinks, and proper coffee from our café.
❋ Cake
We provide cups, plates, napkins, and everything needed for the buffet. You're welcome to bring your own themed tableware if you prefer.
❋ Cafe Open
During cake time, we're happy to gather everyone together, sing Happy Birthday, and cut the cake if you'd like us to.
Your Guests
Helping everyone have a safe and enjoyable celebration.
❋ Please ensure all children attending are included in your booked party numbers.
❋ If any additional children, such as siblings of guests, attend on the day and aren't included in your party booking, they'll be welcome to join by paying the standard play admission on arrival. Food and drinks can be purchased separately from the café.
❋ Children aged 10 and over are welcome to celebrate but cannot use the play equipment and should remain in the café seating area.
❋ Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the party.
